Want the flat ownership as i have the agreement document.

I have the agreement made specifying amount of money to be paid after completion of various stages in building the flat

and various other things like rules to be followed for the appartment.It is of date oct. 1999.

Can i get the ownership of the flat ?

The details like whether agreement was registered?, whether flat agreed to be purchased by you was constructed by the Developer/Builder?, whether you had made timely payments?, whether you want to know consequences of breaches by the Developer/Builder? etc.etc.
