Legal Question in Construction Law in India

We got reconstructed out building by signing collaboration with a builder . During the construction period we were saying in his building . And now we have shifted to our building . But still there is some finishing work is left which he is now not taking care of like there is a leakage in bathroom , the glasses on windows are not put . there are no taps on showers etc ... small small many things are left which he is denying to complete ... can anything can be done legally regarding this ?

You can approach regular Civil Court, for specific performance of contract and damages, subject to contractual terms.
