House lease agreement

Can I do a house lease agreement effective 1 April 2007 for 11 months if I buy a stamp paper in the Month of December 2007?

Yes you can do that. But make sure that you register the lease agreement because u/s 106 of the Transfer of Properties Act,"In the absence of a contract or local law or usage to the contrary, a lease of immovable property for any purpose other than agriculture or manufacture shall be deemed to be a lease from month to month, terminable, on the part of either lessor or lessee, by fifteen days' notice expiring with the end of a month of the tenancy.

Hello

No you cannot because your non-judicial stamp paper has been crossed the limit of 6 months but you can always submit the present stamp paper to the stamp authorities in your state and can ask for a refund with applicable goverment deductions rate.
