my name is s.p.kalamkar,rtesiding at kalyan want to ask question related to housing soc.that misc expences such as repairing of chamber, pipeline, whether they should be charged as a common or on sq.ft. basis, there is quite confusion regarding building repair & maintenance fund.----------my cellno. 8879626311.

For such charges you need to go through the by-laws of housing soc in which ur staying...
