Commercial office portion lease for 3 years

Is there no need for the name and addressof the person who represents the company in the agreement or only the name of the company located in another state?

The person should have a registered Power of Attorney from the company. There is no need to have the address of the perosn who represents the company.

The company should be represented by an authorised person - the authority should emanate either from the Memorandum of Articles & Association OR from a Resolution passed by the Board of Directors.

The company cannot execute an agreement without being represented by an official/Director.

The person who signs the agreement should be identifiable on record.
