My father dies in a accident two years ago.Now icici bank as sent a legal notice to my father he has not pay dues for a personal loan abt 80,000.What should i do?

Unless the loan is against some property, the bank may not be able to recover from you.

you may not be responsible to pay the loan. in case their recovery agents call you, you may resort to police complaint.
