Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

harrasment

we have a school in our

neighbourhood.due to problems of

traffic and other nuisance we have

had a tussle with them,now what

they are doing is they are filing

false complaints against us in

different departments of municipal

corporation,police,electricity dept

etc,they are filing complaints like

our conections are not proper and

illegal ...in the police the;y have

written that we run a brothel..and

other thing like that bull shit...they

are not writing their name but

complaining by others

name..everyday they file a new

complaint and we have to

unneccesarily go to the place and

give replies..?please guide me for

this and also tell if we can file a

case and which attorney or lawyer

to contact in ahmedabad for it?
