Hello,
A criminal case of forgery which we registered with the police in 2007 is heading nowhere. Everytime the judge gives a date but the trial has not started yet. what can i do to expediate the case? If i file a application in the high court what are the chances that the court will order the trial court to give verdict soon? What are my other options ?
