Re: about notice and saman

Notice is generally issued by court to party to give him intimation.however literate meaning is knowledge or cognisance.tere are several kind of notice likenotice of intending prosecution,notice of trial,notice to admit,notice to proceed,notice to produce, notice to quit,notice to treat etc.while summon is issued from office of a court of justice calling upon the person to whom it is directed to attend before judge or office of court.
