Your husband's house is YOUR HOUSE TOO. Even if it is in his name, you are entitled to live there for as long as you want. If he takes a divorce, he may have to leave the house for you. As per domestic violence laws, you are entitled to a "shared accommodation". However, if you are choosing to leave, in that case you need to decide your options. But if you are being turned out of house or being meted with any cruelty, you will have a claim for accommodation to be provided by your husband. A lot also depends upon education and earning of the parties.
