Legal Question in Education Law in India

can a legal action be taken against a college which has denied internal assessment to an ex-student. I was a student of miranda-house eco-hons from 2000-2003. But in 2003 I flunked in one paper unfortunately and got 35/100. 40 was the passing score. I attempted the paper twice in 2004(13/100) and 2005(27/75). In 2005,my score was shown to be out of 100 but the university had changed rules by then. Students were given marks in theory out of 75 and rest 25 of internal assessment. Since I was an ex-student by then, I didnt knowabout this and attempted the paper out of 75 only. I scored 27,30 was passing score but university showed the same score out of 100 on my marksheet. I was not given any internal assessment score by the college too. If the score had been shown to be out of 75,I could have cleared the paper in revaluation. Tell me what to do.
