Legal Question in Education Law in India
I had studied my msc degree in annamalai university. I have one arrear paper in that university. Past 10 years I wrote that exam. All the time I got below 20 marks only. At 2005 may I wrote the exam well. But that time also I got that same mark. I want to deal with human rights. I want your legal advice.

No Human Rights involved vis-a-vis less marks in exams.
As per recent SC ruling, you can ask for your answer paper and see for yourself reasons for less marks.
