Legal Question in Elder Law in India

my grandfather is the only son of my great grandfather. My father is the nly son to my grand father. And I'm the nly son to my father. The house in which my great grand father till myself are living is on my great grand father name which he bought in 1912, registration paper available. Nw my father is 73 years old. It's not renovated since 1912. Now I want to construct the house with a loan frm bank. I need to change the house on my name. Legal heir my father Vl write it on my name. Bt o couldn't get family certificates since ky great grand father tme nd their death certificates. Is there ny legal way for my father to write my house on my name. The current bill, property tax all are on my father name.

Please give me a solution to get house on my name and get loan frm bank.

Check revenue records containing mutation of name of your great grandfather and upon his death of grand father and thereafter of your father. This chain of mutation will be helpful.

Depending on applicable taxation, you may opt for gift or sale of house from your father to you.
