Legal Question in Family Law in India

I booked 498A in 2009 ocotober on my husband and on his parents. Reason aditional dowry

harrashment. Then my husband left and living with his parents till date. In the same time

november 2009 DVC also filed. After that i am alone living in my father-in-law named

house along with my son.

Due to this in DVC they have given judgement that she enjoying the house so there

is no harreshment on her for that my self not eligible for compensation.

This judgement effect 498A case ?

or only they take harrashment occured period ?
