today i read in 'times of india' regarding 'right to marital property act' been proposed by government panel, regarding joint ownership of wife in husband's property in case of seperation.

i want to know that in your expert views, how many months will it take approximately to present/pass this act in parliament?

it is very difficult for one to pridict the time. Recap, Domestic Violence Act took about a decade after the parliament had passed it.

it is just the proposal and unless it becomes a law, the proposed reliefs cannot be pressed under the law.

it being a proposal it will be debated in Lok Sabha and than in Rajya Sabha and it may be passed or rejected.
