want a divorce as wife threatning
Sir, my wife is threatning me and now I M mentally,socially,economically and physiccally badly distrub dont know how to act she is using my 3 yr old child my father has thrown out me from family as wife also threatened them she is very clever her mother says that her mother is prositutor and her daughter(my wife)is also prositutor she married me only for money and my name while I M a lower middle class person she never liston me and my son nerver gives us proper food due to I servived intensive hunger and got suffered by hyperglacemia I tried all my best to convey her but she told she will do what she want she can die me and my son if we make a stone in her way she is threatning me that she will make all possible courtcase on me and my family she moves as she want she goes where she want she does what she want never care for me and my son Sir please help me I tried to make sucide and left the home but failed I M tolering all this for my son and as I scared Please help me and give me suitable advice in which I take custody of my son and divorce

File divorce case on the ground of cruelty.
file petition for the cusdoty of your son by alleging all these facts but mind it that by saying that she is prositute will not solve your any purpose but for you have to prove on record by producing material evidence

well as far custody is concerned as your child is 3 yrs old the law prefers mother to be guardian. and apart from assasinating your wifes character you can file a divorce on the grounds of cruelty and if possible keep some elders of the family in between who remain as a witness to the conversation.

you can file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty the other allegations made by you in respect of you wife if you are able to prove then you can try to get custody of your son. Sucide is not a solution to any problem.

this problem is not the one which would be solved here. so best remedy is to visit personally any lawyer and take consultation from him
ur suicide is not good for ur child so forget it and file divorce and custody cases against her to get "justice," if u can get

You can get divorce, however you have to pay the maintenance till she renounces or she get another marriage.
As per your version you are living seperatesly with your wife. Came back to your parents house and Immediately gave notice to avoide Dowry Harassment case other she will involve you and your family members in the criminal cases.
Try to collect possible Documentary evidence to prove your version, then began to fight.

first take care of yourself! then you'll be able to think and help your son out!
set yourself physcially and financially well balanced and file a divorce and ask for the custody of the child!
you have a fair chance of winning both your life and the child!

you can file a divorce petition and also a petition to seek custody of your child.
