my wife is a lawyer.the main thing is that she is not trust worthy. she goes to her home and tell me she is in court and when i call to her chamber i come to know about that. actually we both don't trust eachother. but now he got a baby. she herself leve my house and now telling me to leave my house and leave separetly she is not living with me since january .we havent demanded anything but his father is telling us that he will file a dowery case. is it possible . how can v surwive. plz help me. can she ask me for allmony .currently i not doing job i left it just 10 days ago

Your wife has legal right to file a dowry case.

Under the the provisions of law she can claim maintenance/life support. It is immatrial that you are working or not but in defence you may say that your wife is lawyer and well earning.

You can not stop any body from filing false case but you can defend your self.Your lawyer wife and her parents are taking wrongfull advantage of your innocence.But your wife can claim maintenance and you can defend yourself by revealing the truth to court in regard to earning of your wife.Inregard to your other queries,Contact with all details for any assistance/query but note that my services shall not be free of cost.

when a dispute will arose like this then take it granted that you are bound to have lot of mental torture and harassment.

she can claim everything in book but what she will get depends on the circumstances.

Wheher you are doing job or not is immeterial to file maintenance Petition. Only fact locked into is whether she is capable to maintain her self or not.

Before filing any Dowry case or any other criminal case first of all gave registered legal notice throuh your Advocate either for reunion or for divorce as per your wish. so as you can avoid the Dowry case or other multiplicity of proceedigns and you can used the said registered post as perimary evidence that she renounced you long back and you cant harass her for dowry.

you didnt mention this case pertains to which state. you may try n solve the matter amicably as your wife herself is a lawyer. you can also take assistance of some lawyer who could talk to your wife in order to save your matrimony.
