Second Marriage

I got married in the year 2001 iam from Chennai ( India ) & i got married in Hyderabad ( India ) The boy was having a sexual problem and i was able to survive there and i came back to my parents pplace and since iam here and i also send him a notice for the divorce and asking him for alimoney but when i went to hyderabad i saw that the boy is got married and i was in a shock . when i asked the question the family said that i have alreday signed the papers which i did not. they have taken the permission from the family court with the certificate. Can you help me in this matter that what is the next step i should take.

If you can prove signature to be false and fraud then file bigamy and cheating case under IPC.

You should immediately file a case of bigamy against him; secondly, you should file a criminal case under section 498-A IPC. thirdly, you should invoke the provisions of DVA claiming support/alimony etc.
