Marriage without registration under hindu law
my sister was married to an Australian citizen of Indian origin under valid hindu rites but no registration. my sister has been diagnised with borderline personality disoreder and boy knew it before marriage. the boy had somewhere 25 years ago married a girl in Bihar but left her without divorce and married a Australian girl. he then divorced the Australian girl. The marriage has been witnessed by top Govt officials and police officals in Delhi.Now the boy has left my sister last October. he took her to Australia on a student Visa without revealing they are married. What are the possible steps we can take and monetary compensation.

As revealed by you, the guy married a bihar girl 25 years back and his marriage with him still subsists. Strictly speaking legally, your sisters marriage with the guy is invalid inthe eyes of law.
