Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir , i filed divorce case based on cruelty & desertion in my state and my wife transfered case to his state . i am a private company employee.and i dont' want to attened case in his state .when orgument start can i have a legal right to leave court and to contest and defend theabove noted case with the help of my lawyer and assistant ?

You can hire an advocate for representing your case in the court ,but you have to appear before court for your cross examination.

Try to reach an amicable out of court settlement. Unless you have sufficient material, it may be very difficult to prove cruelty and desertion against your wife.
