Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Hi All,

This is Nevass from Bangalore.

My Grand father had 2 sons and 3 daughters.Currently my grand father is no more(He died before 30 years back). He had around 50 acres of land and one house. That entire land and house are equally distributed to his sons and he had given some land 1.8 acres to his wife(my grand mother). Recently that 1.8 acres are sold my aunties to my mother(My mother is an older daughter of my grand parents), apart that that entire land and house devided in to two parts and my uncles are using, in that also one uncle sold his entire property with out a single cent and one more uncle having all propety with him only. While my grand father was died he has given some land for my aunties for marriage expenses , but that property also occupied my my uncle. Currently my grand mother is living with my family since 30 yrs.

Now what my question is is there any rights to my mother on my grand father property. Even we have 3 sons to my mother and no daughters meanwhile my uncle have daughters.

As per AP civil law for daughter also having equal share in property ? So my mother can get rights on that? If she have rights to get how we will processed as legally in andhra predesh. Please give me some valuable suggestions
