Dear sir, if i could not move an application in court for permission of building sanction plan deposit the fee in concern department after ordered of court status quo and as per sold by defendant to other party they want to start the construction on suit property then which cause of action taken by court against defendant or other party who are purchase the property before order status quo on suit property?
