Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
Hello i mess with accident and lost my index finger took advise from doctor he said he operate and make a new finger but he misguide me he destroy my abdomen , and my finger is still not proper combine i invest 5 laks and result is zero. please advise how to get my compulsion and how much time it takes i suffered a lot.

Well it seems that the doctor wanted to invent his own technique to grow a new finger.
You can file a complaint before the Consumer Dispute redressal forum and you can file a criminal complaint for negligent behavior and causing loss to you.
