Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

I'm having C-1D visa and i got married to US citizen and still working on cruise ship which sales in UK and USA. When my wife apply for my visa then i have to stop working on cruise ship because my ship will be visiting US ports. Because i heard that if you dont have valid visa you have to stay in home country and should not enter till you get valid visa.

So pls suggest some options. Or give some info because i dont know much.

The short answer is that you, as an employee of the passenger ship company, may, or at least have shore leave, what is called 'stevedores' permission allowing you to enter temporarily for temporary leave and recreation, without jeapordizing your wife's petition/your application. Check with the employer's human resource department for information on that, but it is allowed temporary entry without getting admissibility. It is a strange legal fiction to the ears of a non-lawyer, but that's how it's termed, "entry without being admissible."
