Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

My father expired,self owned property my mother wanted to divide between 7 of us.we are 6 sisters & 1 brother.All are married.we are Hindus,as per my father's 'will' my mother gets the rights then the children.My sisters are having financial crisis & insisting her to share equally.My mother does not want to sell the property please advice what best she can do ?

Check the bequests made in the Will.

It appears that your father may have given life interest to your mother and ownership to the son and daughters.

If above is the position, then your sisters in financial crisis can dispose of her/their shares.
