share certificate is given by the society,as the society is registered,society also have deed of conveyance,my agreement letter was not registered and stamp duty not paid when purchased in 1993 in goa,kindly advice.

Registration of the agreement of 1993 is not possible.

Following steps may be helpful - Submit 1993 agreement to the Collector of Stamps or Suptd of Stamps for payment of stamp duty with penalty. Upon said agreement duly stamped, get all the parties to the agreement to execute a deed of confirmation with copy of 1993 agreement annexed to said confirmation.
