Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Please advise me on this. I have been working in an audit firm for last 24 years. The owner appointed me without any formal appointment letter and I was working in good faith. In between years he gave me to 2 certificates stating that I am an employee of that co. Throughout these years, he paid me salary and bonuses and I used to get it signing voucher. After working for almost 14 yerars, the owner was not willing to increase salary as per the market standard. He told me to accept money and any due thereof will be settled later. I considered this on good faith. For the last 8 years, he paid partial salary and said the remaining will be paid during final settlement. Now the owner is trying to sell his office without the final settlement and without paying me the remaining dues. Also he is telling me not to come office though he has not issued any termination letter to me. I am holding a key of his office which he gave me for working as and when needed. At this point what can I do to get the remaining dues as he promised. I have only the following documents with me:

1. The 2 certificates that he issued me almost 13 years back stating I am working there with such and such salary.

2. Key of the office.

3. Few documents of his clients which he asked me to work on.

On the basis of this, can I claim that I am a permanent employee of his co. and my dues should be settled as he promised. If I approach court, can I stop him selling his company? What should be my step to recover my dues.

you can approach labour court or file recovery suit in civil court to recover your pending salary and other appears and till then you can demand stay on sale of this office.
