Provident Fund Delay
I Was working in MNC Firm Located Channai-Tamil Nadu-India,and i resigned my job june 2nd of 2005.I was working there one year from Apr 4-2-2004 to june 1 2005.i submitted my completed Pf form at my office june 20th.still, my Pf Form not yet send to Pf Office.Still my application is pending at my office.i enquired about this, but i didt get proper reason.They told me they will send my form sep 15th 2005 only.So i get pf amount oct 20th 2005.It will takes 5 month.Why this much delay.Can i put any legal action against my company admin depart.Pls let me know.
