Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I was working with an IT company in Delhi, recently IT relocate to noida and in mean while i switch to an other company, now the previous company is closing their IT support

but company is not givening the pay(pending) to me, so please tell me know what should i suppose to do so that i can have my pay in my hand
