Let alone the General Power of Attorney; if the title of the property in the District Registrar's Office, Chandigarh vests in your name, you can certainly evict the tenant(s) and claim the property for your personal necessity.

In my opinion you cannot claim for personnel necessity as you are GPA holder and not the owner.
