powers of POA

I 'm a owner of commercial premises in mumbai&had given part of it to a company on LL for 3yrs in 07 with registered agrmnt. stamp duty®n amount paid50-50. The agrmnt is executed through POA. Now Leasee has preterminated his lease period &has given 1m notice;which is NOT SIGNED by POA but OTHER PERSON from the OFFICE. Q.whether it is LEGALLY CORRECT if not what should i do to avoid legalities if any in future? in that case pl give me a DRAFT for reply to their NOTICE.

(a) The PoA of leasee may change in due course.

(b) There is no illegality involved.

(c) You may consult a local lawyer to help you preparing reply to the notice.

It will be legally correct if the termination agreement is signed by another POA holder of the company. However, for future you consider adding a lock in period in your agreement.
