Dear Sir / Madam,

The Society maintainence charges are in proportion to the carpet area occupied by each member. The larger the carpet area of the flat, the larger the maintainence charges.

You may immediately write a letter to the Hon. Secretary of the Society asking for charging the maintainence charges carpet area-wise and request the Hon. Secretary to adjust the excess charges billed to you with retrospective effect.

You can mail me for any further on-line advice at [email protected]

Regards,
