Amnesty Scheme - Stamp Duty
my dad had purchased flat in the year 1995. we have not paid stamp duty nor made the registration of the said flat. The society was formed in 2001. i want to take benefit of penalty by paying stamp duty under the amnesty scheme. but, someone told me that as the society was formed after 5 years from date of purchase it does not come under amnesty scheme. is it true or false?
