in case the documents were executed by the sisters in Delhi and one of your property is also situate in Delhi, it is advisable to file a suit for partition in Delhi and even the property situate in Noida can be a part of the suit in Delhi. you do not have to file suits for partition for different properties at different places. as the father died intestate, the sisters also have an equal right in the property left by your father in law.
