Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

After death of my grandfather property title (7/12) in revenue record got transfer to my father and his three brothers name.

Now they have decided to split the property among themselves and get the revenue records updated accordingly. Which is the cost effective way to get the revenue record updated as per the decision of brothers.

What cost is effective is not specified.

However, for a partition, a registered deed of partition is required.
