Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am from a hindu family. My dad has 2 brothers. grandpa expired on 1989. i (grandson) was born on 1985. my cousine (son of my dad's elder brother) was born on 1984. dad's younger brother was married on 1991. grandpa did not write any will. grandpa filed a plot in DDA in 1981 but the draw did not come till grandpa's death. after grandpa's death, dad and his younger brother transferred their share to the elder brother by writing so that plot can be at the name of one person (but at the name of fraternity). And it was decided if draw will be in our favour then the land will be equally shared (but this decision was without writing). now dad's elder brother died on 1996. Today draw has come in our favour. But wife of dad's elder brother is against of sharing and declaring herself owner of the land. Can I have any right on it?
