can a married hindu (marathi) daughter ask for the share from his father's self aquired property, father is died w/o making will. when act came into force ? from which year daughter is entitle i.e after 1957, 1965. pls guide

yes she can ask her right.
daughters right is established after 2005 amendment in law.
