Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My parents, sisters & brothers live together. All the children are still unmarried.Father is in service.

(1)Is this an Hindu undivided family?

(2)Whether the property purchased by father by his own funds but in the name of 19 years old dependent son will be regarded as joint family property in the eyes of law as father is not entitled to have more than one property in Delhi in his own (father's)name since father himself already has a house in his name in Delhi?

the property purchased by father in the name of his son becomes his self acquired property after death of father in case the father did not raise a dispute regarding the same property during his life time.
