I have purchased a flat and paid all the amount after taking small

works are pending before that

he told he will complete the work

but in between the bore well water

is comming with smell in the aprtment total 25 flats are there only we three families has occupied if we call and ask about the water he is telling that he has completed his work if problem is in that way he refused to do my flat master bed room toilet is not completed small work is left if i ask for that also he is not doing what action i can take i paid Rs.29,00,000/- for the flat.

It is better to settle the matter amicably. Legal action will be costly and time consuming which should be avoided as far as possible. You should make a request to the contractor again or else get these things fixed from someone else.

Though you may have a remedy under the law depending upon your contract/documents, it will be really painful to pursue that remedy in court.

I would strongly suggest amicable settlement of the dispute and litigation only as a last resort.

You may also go to consumer court. Should consult a local lawyer with your documents.
