we are three sisters of which we two are unmarried ^ stayin in mumbai but our younger sister took her claim &married against the wishes of our father , our mother died few years back , our father left for the heavenly abode few days ago, and he didnt make a will , but their are some blank papers where in he had signed & kept ,our lawyer who is also our family friend is telling us to prepare a simple will on that signed blank papers in our names ,as our younger sister has already got her claims .is it ok if we go ahead or is it wrong to do so

This amount to grave and serious offences like forgery etc.

No, it is no OK. This will be forgery. if your father did not leave any WILL, you should fabricate a will. Your lawyer will not admit that he ever advised like that because it is illegal. If your sister can establish that the will is forged, you may have to face criminal prosecution which may end up in conviction. do not use the blank papers signed by your deceased father for any purpose. just destroy these papers in the presence of your third sister and try to reach an amicable settlement.
