Rights of unmarried daughters when married daughters asked for pitition suit?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Unless otherwise specifically stated by the parents, a daughter whether married or unmarried has the same rights and privileges in a partition suit.

married daughters have same right in the property as unmarried ones. the law does not differentiate between married and unmarried and bestows equal inheritance rights.
