Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir, My father was gives a Power of Attorney of a plot in Delhi in favour of my elder brother in 2008 and afterthat my father has been expired on 22.01.2011 and mother is live. After death of my father can this POA is valid? Can my younger brother claim own share in this property as per law. I do not want my share in this property.

PoA may not be valid after demise of grantor i.e. your father.
All heirs of deceased have share in his/her property in case of intestate demise.
