Legal Answer

If you dont have any written agreement then your owner may say that he himself submit the money to the bank and now want the same money from you, then what u will do. I dont understood r u a fool or so. Why you furnish the money without any proof.

Now you have to do what he says and ufcourse he can reject for registration and will definitely demand high amount on tomorrow. So be prepare for that also.

So advised not to pay any amount today, ask him you wil pay after registry.

On the face of it, the amount of rent for 3 months should be small in relation to the total purchase money. Though you have a right, it is better to settle the matter amicably.
