My uncle 86 years old( my late father's elder brother ) dont have children, and his wife passed away 1o years ago, and his wife dont have any siblings, now he wants to transfer his property to us ( we 4 people ) asset (house)situated in chennai metro. what are the ways in which we can avoid stamp duty.at the same time the owneship of the asset should transfer to us without any conditions after his death.
