Legal Question in Traffic Law in India
I am a 17 year old!!......my friend had taken my car for a round nearby my house and met with an accident.My friend who was also a minnor smashed the car into another parked car due to disturbances on the road.....later, we were taken to the police station where we were asked to give statements,,,,,while giving the statements the police included me in the scene as i was nervous and the police thought i was scared to admit that i was at the scene....now that i have given a wrong statement.....who has to pay for the damages to my car aswell as the hit car....owner or the driver??.....please help me and suggest me if there is any way to change the statements??...with the help of eyewitnesses...ect!!

If u change the statement then police can take legal action against u but u can make further or more statement and u can make statement in the court and u can contact me for more clarification
