Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

Hello Sirs/Madams

We have enrolled in a course called B.Com CSM, which is an MoU between Andhra University and HSBC Global Resourcing, Visakhapatnam. As per the agreement and Apprenticeship act 1961, we should be treated as Apprentice only until the completion of B.Com Course. But they are treating us as part time employees and including us in the company performance indicators, making us work overtime and not paying anything, we are least bothered about payment, but why should we work over time, if we ask them, they are creating some rules which we don't know. The job is daily like hell. I am not even interested to live. Please help me out what to do and to whom I should report this anonmously. Please dont reveal this info to anyone outside.

Thanks

Please help me out godd...!!!
