Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Hi I am working in a company from 4 months and working at Onsite. According to company policy there is 2 months notice period, i served for 38 days remaining days i asked them to cut the basic salary as mentioned in the offer letter. but company is not giving proper response and not relieving me.They are not setteling my final settlement and not booking a ticket to come to India.
