Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Mother passed away on May 31st without having a will. She owns a car and a house. I'm the oldest daughter. Her home is worth around $68,000. I can't afford attorneys fees. What can I do or should I do? Can I just leave everything as is?

Thank you

The car can be sold to pay the attorney fees and then the house can go to the children. Go talk to a lawyer or everything might be at risk.
