Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
My brother, sister and I have a small business of nine years. We are about to file bankruptcy so at the instruction of the Attorney, my sister informed all of our creditors. The next day, our bank froze our accounts and zeroed the balances. Don't they need a court order to cease our assets?
