Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
I gave my daughter my life savings to buy a building for her business. (70K) which is in her and her husband's name, not mine! She is thinking of filing bankruptcy oh her charge cards (40K) Can they take or touch the building? How do I get my name on it legally?
